Settlement/Clearance letter on account

Waiting for a clearance letter from [Email Removed] with no response.<br> <br> Account was paid up in October 2014 through ARA Attorneys.<br> ABSA sends another attorney DALY to retrieve money for the same account.<br> No communication between ABSA and their various legal teams.<br> <br> I have clearance letter from ARA. I have forwarded it to ABSA and requested a clearance letter from them to ensure their system reflects the same. With no success.<br> <br> Urgent assistance would be appreciated.<br>
