Settlement

I have been trying to get hold of ABSA vehicle finance to no help at all. I ended up going to absa wonderpark mall and they sent me to self service desk where I had to call but 2 weeks later I am still not assisted. I have been emailing nothing. Can I please be assisted, I need a settlement statement for my vehicle financed by absa
