Settlement Amount Review

I have a vehicle financed with ABSA. During COVID they imposed the highest interest rate possible to the account. I have R120K cash and would like to settle the account and I spoke to the call centre and they are not prepared to review the settlement amount at all. This is pathetic - why can this not be reviewed? I also want to get rid of this account as much as you want.
