settlement amount

Since 14/08/2015 I have been trying to get a settlement amount for the account.I spoke to Regina and Lebogang on the day. The referred me to Anderson incorp ***) spoke to Wethu 14/08 and Debbie on 18/08 they told me that the file has been closed since 06/04/2011. On the 10/02 spoke to Elsie who told me that it was still with the Anderson and must call them. At Anderson incorp Phillip reiterated again that file was closed 06/04/2011. I then called back then Livhuwani said that she will send it back to back office for recalculation of the amount and must call back after 3 working days. I called 15/02 14h27 spoke to Lebogang who tells me that the file is still active with the same attorneys and i must go back again Anderson. I am frustrated because it seems like nobody knows what they are doing. I get sent back and forth and no one is willing to assist in this matter. All i want is the settlement amount as i am paying the account every month so that i can pay it off. I left it since last year hoping that this will be resolved.
