Settled Vehicle Account

I settled my ABSA vehicle account on 28/07/2022 as per the settlement letter. Up until now my credit profile at the credit buro's have not been updated. I have called numerous times for this to be done but still nothing. Truly pathetic that I must resort to this platform to get this sorted out. Update my credit profile at all credit buro's immediately with confirmation!
