settled the bond but still the deduct came through

i settle my bond canceld everthing completed all documents in at the athlone branch made the payment on the 20th yet absa debit my account on the 28 where i explicitedly asked to cancel all debit order so i called the home loan department the supervisor samantha said they cant help me they send to cancelation to a mrs van der merwe she cant help i spoke 4 different consultants from the insurance department they cant help i spoke to the branch manager athlone Gail she cant help its been a week and i stil dont have a resolve or my money back if the shoe was on the other foot absa would have charged penalties interest and made my name black how they are not interested the client serves i am still with out my money an they dont think of how i as an individual going survive i have a family and other bills what now i spent 300 rand on air time calling who refund me that i spent half of work who will refund me that i have no travel money i have lend with interest who refund that
