settled personal loan and still debited

After settling my Personal Loan with Absa and settling the full amount of R50 000.00 they go and debit my account on the 24th of may 2016 with the instalment. When i call their collection department im advised that they can't see the payment but if i forward them all the particulars they will get back to me. i dealt with a lady by the name of Nanike Molefe. I had to mail this individual another 3 times and still no response when i got help from their branch in Nigel she stated that she had advised me that the refund takes 4 days fro an ABSA account and 44 days for an external account, talk about a ridiculous service leve agreement. With no Help I logged an action line complaint that took another 2 days for contact from the springs branch from a lady named Tsholofelo who also promised to have this resolved and get back to me within the day. two days later i had to call only to be advised that the case was rerouted to collections department. so this is me calling action line again from my side wasting my time and resources for them to advise that the case is sitting with Refiloe and she would contact me befor the end of the day yesterday 02/06/2016 , well needless to say the day passed and today i pick up the phone call action line again from my side and get given the run around i hold to speak to the consultant and they can't put me trough to her or advise if she is planning on calling nor can they transfer me to her manager as they aren't allowed to give out the managers numbers? Really then what is the purpose of them being managers if they can't speak to clients. from the call I was advised that the was an error of sorts but i am still out of pocket with R2 300.00 for the past 11 days. It seems as if nobody cares about my plight or is willing to give the client feedback. please note ignoring the client doesn't make the matter dissapear it leads to further complaints as well as them not banking with your institution. Absa is quick to hound clients when they dont receive funds and charge interest on outstanding amounts yet while they sit with my money and i won't get a cent of interest and I use my airtime to call them and hold increasing my bill and being out of pocket which is stopping me from my other commitments. what is the purpose of having an action line if there is no action. in closing it will be a cold day in hell for me to consider banking with such an institution where clients dont matter. today tommorrow together should be today tommorow alone.
