Settled car still being invoiced **********ly

After having a vehicle financed by Absa we settled the amount 5 months ago and till today being billed for a car thats fully paid off. The bank refuses to change ownership or stop invoicing.spoke to a guy named leslie he was extremely helpful and asked us to speak to the legal department to rectify the issue . After a hour wait calls are unanswered .pathetic and ********** bank
