Settled account

I had vehicle finance with Absa, I had been paying my account faithfully every month, I was an employee with Absa investments, the department closed, a long story short I was paid out and I could manage to settle a few of my accounts including my vehicle with Absa, I don't know who else to speak to I don't have my papers of my car, and I asked one of the consultants, why I cannot get my car payments is it because Absa is saying I still owe them a small amount and they are waiting for it to increase to a large amount and then contact me, they are disgusting I need to know what is happening here, people work very hard for their things and the bank takes our money every month with interest and then they still want to rob you, I want my car papers from Absa<br> this car is paid up, I don't want any more problems with Absa they took enough from me, I'm so angry.
