Settled Absa vehicle finance account, still being deductes of my account for second month in a row. No feedback on refunds as requested.

On 27 November 2021 we tradedbin our vehicle which his financed with Absa vehicle finance. The settlement amount of R152822.77 was pulled from Absa and we signes over the car and collectes the new car which is also financed through Absa and installments where set to run from 26 December 2021. On the 1st of December 2021,Absa deducted the installment for the vehicle which we had tradednin and sold. I contacted absa vehicle finance for a reversal of the funds as this debit order was not supposed to run and set my absa homeloan in arrears by a month. Absa then responded to me on the 12th of December 2021 via email, to which a Juane Ni****** email administrator for absa vehicle finance responded and said that the account was still open and had not yet been settled, however We buy Cars Montague (the delearship we did the trade in through, confirmed that they had in fact settled the account with Absa as the vehicle was already sold again. Up untill now we have still not received the refund and the account is still open. Today on 1 January 2022. Absa yet again deducted an installment for the same vehicle which has been sold even tho there where insufficient funds to cocer that debit order as it is supposed to be a closed account, thereby setting my Cheque acciunt account into a negative and now leaving no funds for my vodacom debit order set to run tonight. I expect Absa to rectify the situation immediately and refund the amount of R3642.81 for the installment taken in December aswell as the R3642.81 for the installment today. I would also like to receive a paid up letter for the account mentioned. Also all banking fees and late penalty fees charged to my account (for the homeloan bouncin and negative funds in my accountl also has to be reversed and should any fees occur due to my homeloan bouncing in December, Absa has to rectify this on their side aswell as i feel it is completely unprofessional that i the client should pay fees and increased interest in my accounts because Absa cannot do their job in time. Please note this neess to be done ASAP or else i will be moving all off my accounts to a FNB even if i have to take credit with FNB to take over the accounts from Absa as i cannot deal with the incompetence of Absa anymore.
