Service with a smile

I would like to complement Anita Naidoo at the Absa Towers North branch. I was in the branch yesterday to collect my card at round account 14:00 the queues were long and it was a busy Monday. I stood in the queue and listen to Anita on how she dealt with the clients. Given the time of the day and the long queue Anita was consistent in here service. She specks load and clearly, is polite and listen to your enquiry before jumping to conclusion. Asking here something additionally is not an effort as she politely respond “sure I will check if your card is linked to your internet banking”. Anita also works smart and sufficiently. Anita needed a colleague signature and she also politely ask for her colleague help.
