Service sucks

I visited ABSA Mabopane Central City Tuesday the 14 to activate my child's account I been going to the branch the whole week it only got activated to Friday 😞 I still don't have a card I must collect it on Tuesday next week I mean the account was opened 2013 it has no funds why should I struggle I also need to go to work 😡😡😡!! It's 2023 you need to keep up
