Service sucks
I am gatvol with Absa vehicle finance. I have been from pillar to post no one seems to assist. I am told your account is with legal then it’s collection then it’s something else. I have been told to call ***/ ***/ *** & *** been two weeks now. Your service is shocking. Whitney dropped the call on me when I told her that I’m tired of been sent from one number to the other.

01 Dec 2022, 16:20This bank is shocking then one person tells me he only has a June statement then I’m told to contact another department. The amount doesn’t even match the one at credit bureau it is evident that you do shady dealings.
