as and when thought ABSA is a Bank for the people by the people its service is getting deteriorating by day

I have report an incident on this platform last month, it was resolved as the unauthorised Debi check was reverse , said to be impossible made possible, the history repeated itself and African bank got themselves into my bank account which I Gave to ABSA as a business to manage and debited my account R744.00( Which I continuously ask ABSA that I never gave permission to this ****s to debit my account, unfortunately my words falls in deaf ears as ABSA CHOSE to believe African Bank over me as their Client.

I thought before any Debit order can be authorised by any responsible Bank that observe NCR protocols, verbal or signature permission must be submitted by the third party bank to the client Bank and assessment be done by the Bank to ascertain legitimacy of information, but Absa fails with distinction in this case.
