Service pass pathetic.

Service pass pathetic. Waited for 2 hours. Mpho the branch manager was not available for a complaint as she was in a "meeting " DSV walks in and she see them straight away. What happened to the so called meeting. When she came out at the back she went off to lunch. Didnt even bothered to listen to our complaints. The pregnant lady took lunch for more that an hour. We had to sit and wait for her to come back. At the end it was basically 2 ladies in the back offices helping while the lady at reception thought this is a big joke and kept on laughing. Will not waste 2 hours for this kind of service AGAIN.
