The matter I logged in April against the personal loan consultant was amicably resolved and I am more than happy, with the outcome. Nthabiseng Sibande (Special Case Manager: Social Media Complaints) contacted me the very same day and logged a case for the Consultant to investigate and revert back to her with feedback within 3-5 days. Due to COVID-19 influx of matters, she followed up with a call to me to inform me of the extension in time to resolve the matter and constantly keep me abreast with the status through email. Nthabiseng is an absolute star and thank you for a beautiful service and trust in me as your client.
