Service not of satisfactory

I'm lodging a complaint against Absa Trust Durban. They are the executor of my late Mother Estate.

The service I am receiving is not of satisfactory, the Estate has been on since 2016 to date with no clear explanation of the hold up as all the requirements that were required were done.

I would send emails and get no response from the administrator in charge of the estate.

I would really appreciate it if someone can take our estate as a matter of urgency as it has dragged for years.

Was also thinking of taking up a will with Absa, however from the service I have experienced, I will take my business to another company.
