This is the second time that I had to wait for THREE HOURS to be served by one of your *********** people!<br> you have to wait for hours just to collect a credit card!<br> and when YOU BRING IT TO THEIR ATTENTION THAT THE CUSTOMERS between the numbers of C027 to C030 HAS LEFT and YOU are next in line they will go to all the people sitting there and ask them their numbers! EVEN WHEN THE NUMBERS WAS CALLED AND FLASHED!!<br> Even when you bring it to the attention of the agent that you are next in line she will send some-one in that has just walked into the bank!!!<br> What kind of branch manager do you have in this setup?<br> because you never see the wetter! He is MISSING IN ACTION!!!<br> Every-one sitting there was commenting on how POOR THE SERVICE WAS.<br> IN FACT THERE WAS NO SERVICE AT ALL!!<br> COME ON CLOSE THE BRANCH OR GET A COMPETENT BRANCH MANAGER THAT KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON. FOR HEAVENS SAKE!!!!<br>
