Claim registered 28.11.2018 and Plumbing Expert connected cold water the same day and claim was send to Fogi that afternoon still, as confirmed by plumbers. 3 days later and still got no hot water after pipes was ****** and it is weekend. SAP nr was send and phoned through 29.11.2018 and was told thát afternoon by the plumbers,they are waiting for Absa? Was informed by Aic the 30the that claim was not send to them, but why do you let Fogi be n middleman and one is blaming now the other. Spoke to plumbers this afternoon and say there where some enquiries, but still no approval or confirmation of such.
