**** service from Absa Personal Loans

I have been trying since last week to apply for a top up of my personal loan that is nearing completion. Last week my details were taken and i was promised a call back within 24 hours. No callback received. On monday of this week I called in and after dropping my calls a couple of times, finally spoke to an agent who dropped the call right before beginning with security questions for verification. Called back on Monday afternoon and was told that my profile had now been locked as i didn't answer the security question. Because you dropped the call. Was told that she needs to send it to her manager to unlock the profile and then they would call me back to do the application. When asking when I'd receive the call back I was told today still. On Tuesday received no call. Today no phone call. **** poor service from this ****py bank.
