Service Excellence

I have been struggling with a Home Loan query since March 2023. I have visited the ABSA Cresta branch several times and wrote numerous emails to no avail. In a bid to get closure I walked into the Cresta branch and insisted on seeing a consultant. The queue waiting time was long but the service received from BARENISE MAJATLADI was brilliant. She resolved my query and assisted with also connected me to the ABSA Insurance consultant who was as brilliance as she was. WELL DONE & THANK YOU BARENISE you are the epitome of service excellence
