Service Excellence and Professionalism

If I could give a nomination for Service Excellence and Professionalism I would most definitely give it to Jolandi (Manager) and Thuli (Consultant) at ABSA branch Centurion Mall. The staff in the branch really made one feel welcome and they showed a genuine interest in customers well being.<br> <br> I was really impressed with the way these ladies bent over backwards to assist me. They were extremely knowledgeable about their products and services and also showed empathy towards not only me but customers walking into the branch. Jolandi thank you so much for the kind words of advice I really appreciate your inputs and will definitely take your advice for future financial decisions. Thuli thank you for going the extra mile and bending over backwards to assist me and smiling throughout the consultation. <br> <br> ABSA you really have a winning team at your Centurion Mall branch.
