Service delivery

I had an enquiry regarding an ABSA BOND. Afrer about 8 weeks I finally recieved an answer which I was not satisfied with. Then immediately after that, they closed the case without any further assistance. This is not the first time I had an issue with ABSA's service. It is absolutely pathetic
