service charges too high for no reason

I have just received confirmation from Vijay at the branch that he has contacted you and explained that the charges on the account is due to unpaid debit orders, immediate payments that you are doing via internet banking etc. I reccomend that you visit the branch to take you though your statements for you to view the charges on the account.

he did not hear my side was very rude just sais what he wanted i have many times been in the branch nobdoy helps they is no point .
