Service and warranty plan

I bought my used vehicle on 18.04.17..the odometer reading was +- 30000...absa insurance sold us a service plan insurance on 12 .07.2017...for R257.05 per month..today the 02.05.2018 We booked our vehicle for a service with vw motors in Margate.. to our sorrow we learned today that on 12 July 2017 they registered the service with odometer reading 46000..which is today the 02.05.2018 44680 km..they only offering to pay for service on 60000km.what have I been paying for almost a year...tried phoning them not to helpful..calls getting cut they don't even return the calls..hang on for more than 30 min..not good service at all.i ended up paying R2700 out of my pocket yet I've got service plan with them..i need halo peter to help me..i want every monthly debit order back with interest.. I cancelled them via email.still no response from them..
