Service abysmal

Arrived at Absa Cresta to watch a Saturday morning staff 'party" in progress while customers milled around in long queues. Seems to be a c**** for staff to serve us. Controller of the day was more interested in her coffee and her mates. Very little communication and much rolling of eyes to receive any service at all. While we waiting several other clients had exactly the same problem and one gentleman eventually lost his cool and cane to find sevice. Up your game Absaev
