I have been trying to contact ABSA regarding a forex issue. The branch that I always use, twice put me through to people who are not answering their phones and the third time the branch did not answer. I then tried the forex 0860 number. First time I got cut off and the second time no one answered. On the third attempt I was cut off while talking to an agent. Then I tried head office where I again got attitude before they put me through to a number where I was again cut off after holding for minutes. I am a private bank client who will now be looking for another bank
