Went to absa silveton branch to query about my fica , I received the worst service ever, staff is dismissive to customers slow service, they don't even have name tags on branch manager as well. Was sitting with the branch manager she does not even smile and make eye contact while she was busy with my query. One of you staff members had a beanie on ,it looks really unprofessional. The service was really poor.
