I logger a complaint on the 13th. NO feedback. NO call. Nothing. Issue still not resolved. It is clear that client service is not high on ABSA's priority list.

19 Feb 2024, 13:34I sincerely hope that the response will also not take longer that 7 days as is the existing complaint in ABSA system, older that 7 days, has not been resolved.
