What an amazing experience with Seripa Ledwaba from Absa Nothmead in Benoni!

Arriving at a branch on a Saturday afternoon just before closing time, you prepare yourself for the worst. The usual response is come back Monday, Not Seripa, she acted like I was the 1st customer of the day, went far beyond what I could ever expect.

I didn't tell her that I need to make debt to prove I am credit worthy to buy a house, the real estate agency suggested that I open a credit card to prove some debt on my credit profile, I went to the branch and was declined due to not having a credit rating due to not having debt in years. Instead of sending me to go open some silly clothing account, Seripa looked through my statement and immediately suggested that I take a home loan due to my current rent payments. She saw me as a future customer that can grow her company - This is so Rare.

She then went out of her way to do what was needed to get my credit approved and I didn't have to call her once, she has been notifying me every step of the way. We are even at a nick name phase in our relationship. Due to her - I will do all of my future credit through her and Absa.
