Serious Intervention needed at distastrous Branch

I cannot begin to put into words how slow the service at this branch is.Ive been foolish enough to come on a number of occasions.Reception and the forex department is lovely but from thereon forth an absolute disaster!There are more customers than consultants expect to wait 2 hours before you get assistance with 4 people in line.Truly there are not enough hours in a day to be wasting soo much time for people to speed up service!!!Serious intervention is needed at this branch.Appauling
