Sent numerous e-mails with no response

Morning. A week or 2 ago I purchased about R4000 worth of items from a wholesaler abroad. All the items were declined due to verification reasons. It seems as the funds were not reversed and placed back into my credit card. I had R8000 available and then after they verified me I put the order in again of about R4000. I have no idea what is going on on my credit card account. It shows a balance of R3600 now I don't know if I owe that because by balance available and balance outstanding it shows 00.00. Please let me know what is the problem. No one is responding to my e-mails and I do not like telephonic communication. Please assist via e-mail.
