Sent from pillar to strength

Dear Absa . I have asked for a copy of the title deed emailed to me and I was told to go to your branch and I went to your always useless branch in the upmarket of Fourways. Only to be told to send an email. I sent an email ad per the request. Now I am told to go back to that useless branch. Do you guys really know what is what i that branch? I don't have time to be sent from pillar to strength. It is inconveniencing to run around like a headless chicken whenever one asks for anything to be done in that branch. So all I need is the document emailed to me because there is no way on earth that I am going to go sand in your long queues again. I don't care who did not know what that is your business not mine. I went to your useless branch and I did what they told me to do. So send me the documents urgently.
