Sense of urgency

Goodmorning on Wednesday the 2nd of September,I went to the Absa bank Alberton branch to make a once of payment. I had the settlement letter with me and highlighted the banking details the money needed to be transferred to. Dineo was the lady who was helping me and she asked two of her colleagues to verify the banking details. I have been waiting for the settlement to clear since Wednesday and out of concern I decided to verify the banking details she used transfer the money to this morning, only to find out there is an extra digit in the account she used after her colleagues verified and after I highlighted the account number for her on the letter. I find this shocking as this is huge sum of money, and secondly 3 people including her failed to see this mistake. I went to Absa this morning to try and sort this out and the lady who was helping me was very unkind, impatient and lacked understanding. She simply told me to comeback on monday Dineo is not in today, she will sort the query out on monday when she comes to work. I am deeply concerned as the money has been deducted from my account and it has not reached it's destination, and there is no sense of urgency from the Absa bank.
