Sending new cards to late wife
Dear Virgin Money<br> <br> When sending a letter about a new card being issued it would be a good idea to check the title you are using. You addressed the letter correctly to my late wife as E/LAT and then said you would be sending her a new card. My wife has been \E/LAT"as you put it for nearly 8 years now....perhaps you need to get your act together."""
