Semi-domant account hold not uplifted.

I am writting the review to complain about the service I have recieved at ABSA Tsakane mall on Saturday. The customer service guy sent me away with no assistance when I went to the branch to submit FICA documents on a megaU account which was seme-domant. The guy told me that he cannot assist me because the child is over 17years I explained to them that we can not apply for the ID in the middle of the restrictions level 3 and the account is semi doment. All I needed was the guy to uplift the semi doment hold until I can get the child to apply for the ID . I am not impressed with the service. I feel like they didn't give me information on the previous day I went to ask for information I stood in the queue for more than an hour only to be sent home with no service.
