Selfish

<p>Last month I had very little money in my cheque account - just R13,47, but not overdrawn. On the second last day of the month (30 July, which was a SUNDAY!!!) Absa deducted a service charge simply called "internet bank fee" from my account for Absa. The fee - R14,20, leaving me in the red with a balance of -R0,73. Yes, 73 cents... On the 1st of August Absa deducted R100 for "UNAUTH DR BAL FEE", whatever those abbreviations mean - I can figure out it was a fee for something unauthorised. What, R100 because they took THEIR service fee of R14,20 when I had only R13,47 in my account, and then have the audacity to charge me R100 for that? If that is not a ****, what is it then?</p>
