Self help teller

So i had a emergency and had to do a eft as soon as possible,i decided to use a self help teller to bank the money,next thing a error slip prints and i dont get my money back. So as i pleated to the person that was standing in for the manager that i need that cash to be eft'd. They saud i have to wait for 45min before they can help me,what do they not understand of an emergency. So 45min later i come back and now they recon me its only a 1000...what kind of game is this to them? Im tierd of absa now and i will move my accounts and make sure my whole family and friends move their accounts as this is really poor.
