Security questions that is incorrect on their system

Absa have a big problem regarding the security questions. They asked me questions that i did answer truthful and then i fail it. This give me red flags as it is starting to make sens why my cards is being hacked so much.

I got a new credit card after it was hacked for the 3 time. I tried to use it but the pin on the app is incorrect and it blocked my account. Now i fail my security questions

Every month they take admin fee and also take axsta when i use the card after i was told you only pay admin fee and nothing more.

Now i have ti wait for some to call me to get my account unlocked. This is a struggl with them that never stop only getting wors.

I am now thinking on moving to othe bank
