Security Questions Prejudicial.

I am tired of being prejudiced by ABSA because my mind does not work the way their inane security department's does. Every time I try to do something with ABSA over the phone they ask me security questions that I can't possibly answer. I have no idea how much I paid into my credit card a month ago, in my opinion that's an irrelevancy and I don't wish to remember it and so I don't. In some cases they expect me to remember trivia from over 20 years ago which I find unacceptably prejudicial. I actually have a very good memory but just not for the silly ******* they expect me to remember. I'm fed up with this and I am going to complain to the banking ombudsman over this because I am tired of not being able to access my own accounts because of the stupidity of ABSA's security department. Enough is enough.
