Secured restructuring

I have sent my documents to ABSA secured restructurings on the 6th October. Till today haven't received any feedback and month end is coming for debit order. I even called again on the 21st October to check and my matter was escalated and told i was going to be called back but till to date nothing. I am a retired pensioner and WONT BE ABLE TO PAY THE FULL INSTALMENT AND NEED ASSISTANCE. ABSA REALLY FAIL PEOPLE AND the reason i sent my documents i was avoiding such inconvenience.
