secured restructing Assist!
My complaint is with Absa finance. I have sent my appeal for payment holiday. Yes I'm aware of the payment holiday that is no longer there, and that now there is a percentage that you receive. All my documents have been submitted at the secured restructuring. I was imformed that the turn around time for response is 48 hours...... it's been a whole month that I have been waiting for a response. I have even sent 3 emails with regards to this.... no response there too. This is not on.... I'm sure when there is no money in my account to be debited, there they will know my contact details and will contact me... I really need assistance PLEASE
