Sir/Madam

My name is Elelwani Takalani I'm writing to lay a complain about thw store in our mall at Evaton Mall in Emfuleni Manucipal in Vereeniging

On the 8 of May 2022 I took my phone to the for screen repairs but a day after I noticed some defects on my phone due to the fact that I was attending training I could not take my phone to the store that day or during the that week

On the 16 monday I went to report the phone now the problem were more than one. The fist was when you make a call the screen shutdown. My speakers was not working. The phone stated to freeze and I should wait for the phone to be flat and restart the phone.

When I went to report the matter the owner told me I should pay more for those repairs and I told that my was phone was working perfectly fine before I gave it to them, he said that it was his problem if I want it to be repaired I should pay but I told them that I already paid R500 I'm not going to pay more and they told me to live their store

I tried to reporter the matter to the center manager of Evaton Mall he not only refused to speak with me but he told the security lady over the phone that I left with the phone to home he will not entertain the matter because he does not have proof that the phone was is not working

I believe under the right of warranty on repaired good I'm untitled to refund or my phone to repaired properly
