******** for a bank

I had a vehicle loan with Absa, I called them for a settlement letter and they provided it with 7 days to pay, it was paid the next day and they still debited my account, when asking for a refund they paid back only a portion of my money and not the full amount. To this day I am yet to find out why even after numerous phone calls no one can help other than they have escalated the matter.
