I have an absa life funeral cover .... I have been calling and tell them that the debit order does not go off it's just i cannot remember who i spoke to that was last month after the 26 Augusy ..then I checked the status of my policy on whatsap it showed active that was the 29th August .and I waited for the debit order to go off because i called to let you guys know abput the debit order that did not go off... then today i decided to check again my policy is inactive how so becaise I called to let you know ...please re-open my policy and debit my account on the 26 i cannot loose my money .I have been paying this policy for more than 5 years so i cannot
