**** and unfair treatment

i'm not happy with the way absa treating me last month i made arrangement with Absa vehicle finance that on 25th september 2018,they must deduct R1900 plus installment.so on the 25th septemper they deducted double installment which is R6200 X2 ,later on the same day deducted R1900 only to find out the was not money left for other debits my account was on minus and it was thier faults.I called them explaining everything to them and ask them who will be responsible for the minus they cause on my account and they said they will investigate but never gave me feedback on top of that they charge me R350 for unpaid debit and it caused by them.So the reversed R6200 and it was deducted because of unpaid debit.they called me yesterday saying am owing them R1900 i must pay it. secondly i have been complain about the **** of R99.99 (AA TRADING)in my account for the past 4 months when ever the reversed it am charged R30 reversal fee .Yesterday i have 4 of those **** one is R98 (iga invest),R117.50 elitepro and R98 for iga and they are not helping either because they are going to benifit from every reversal. last complain when i bought my car Absa introduce me Evolution Service plan and engine warranty of which i join it as a good product but i only took my car for service twice last year and i was told that my service paln is expired but they are still deducting my money uptodate. i called Absa to cancel it even now they are still deducting via Absa. I've been with Absa for the past 14 years my house,car finance by Absa. I am so angry and disappointed.
