Savings account placed hold

My savings account has a semi dormant hold, I went to branch yesterday to try an link to my app an I couldn't be helped because apparently system placed semi dormant hold, I'm an ex absa staff an I know how it works. That hold placed only when account is not in use for 3 months or more if you can check on my statement for savings, I transact regularly on that account, it's my boys birthday Monday an funds are needed urgently an locked, funds I worked hard for an now I must until Tuesday is it fair?
