SASSA

My father is a pensioner that is receiving a grant from SaSSA with an outstanding bond with ABSA.

He has struggled to make his monthly repayment and had recently approached the bank in Louis Trichardt to try and have a reduced instalment.

He requested that R400 is affordable and the bank tells him it is not possible to reduce instalment to what he can afford. my question is, what happens next as he is unable to make your payments?

Do you refuse R400 and wait for him to fail on his instalments and take away his house?

Good day, Please confirm if the below is the final response, this came in yesterday from ABSA. All i was requesting was for ABSA to confirm if they will not be able to assist my father with a payment plan. I did not ask ABSA to get into arrangement with me hence i provided my father's contact details:

Is the below final?
