SARS refund

Absa notified me that I will not have access to my account due to non payment and they have since taken legal action against me.

To my surprise the accepted a deposit from SARS, how possible this is as u was notified that i will not have access to the account which it’s true on several occasions I tried to log on but I couldn’t

Today I’m told that the funds are used to pay towards my overdraft which is already handed over to their attorneys I find the practice *********, my children are sitting at home due to lack of funds as I’m unemployed but they choose to take the money and I’m still expected to defend myself in court, I really need those funds to settle school fees.
