Santam wants too much excess for my car to be repaired

<p>Hello Peter </p> <p> </p> <p>Im a very stressed & frustrated individual as I was involved in a car accident on 30/04/2017 and Santam requires me to pay an excess of R5500 which is not what i agreed upon when i initially took up the car insurence and what i recently noticed is that the premiums have gone up withouth anyone consulting me of the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>I really want my car to be fixed but really dont have the kund of money Santam wants me ro pay please assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>Ms Charlotte Nqobile Ngcobo</p>
